Description Journaling methods are personal writing methods that enable the cultivation of observational and analytical skills. Using specifically formulated assignments, paper and pencil one can focus on different topics or issues that they want to grasp either pedagogically or in their research projects. Through journaling the level of personal experience and feelings can be connected to the level of profesionall goals. In teaching journaling offers the possibility of sharing and building relationships within the group. This helps to create a resilient curriculum that offers the possibility of combining the teaching goals with the personal experience and challenges of the learners. This makes teaching more resilient to crises in which it is difficult to keep attention focused on cognitive goals.
