Description This poster presentation presents the results of a review study which maps eight studies dealing with the use of task-based language teaching for developing the accuracy of aspects of grammatical competence in foreign language teaching. The reviewed studies predominantly focus on language skills rather than systems and further research is required to investigate the effect of this approach on the development of aspects of grammatical and lexical accuracy.
