| Description | In the contribution, are presented the results of four different studies on international mobility stays of university students. The studies were implemented by researchers from different sections of Masaryk university. In the first part, we focused on processes, results and scopes of acculturation and on develpment of multicultural effectiveness of students on the basis of the mobility stay. In the second part, the results of need analysis of students of economics study programmes were presented, which enabled identification of problematic situations and intercultural differences during study or work stay in foreign countries. Possibilities of development of intercultural communication competences as a preparation course for mobility were discussed. |
