| Description | Anybody who wishes to claim sui generis rights to any IoT. mere purchase of a sensor or device that collects and generates data is not enough to prove substantial investment, no matter how expensive the device is data has to prove that he undertook significant effort or incurred significant costs to the collection of data generated by the devices and not to the purchase of the devices. |
