Description | Book concludes results of multifocal research of late prehistoric lithic arrowhead. It is divided to six chapters, which lead us from basic methodological background in typological and morphometric features, through manufacture, distribution and maintainability processes up to specific methods of reconstruction of ballistic impact, wound capability or archer’s mobility range. Hidden social role of late lithic projectiles is reflected by use-wear traces, special designing and grave deposition. |
