Description	Omics data processing are becoming increasingly complex and harder to process and reproduce. In response to this trend, we have built and are maintaining docker software container containing KNIME Analytics Platform. We are also developing new KNIME metanodes/components enabling utilization of advanced data processing methods and visualization techniques. Combined, they enable reproducible and flexible processing and interpretation of not only proteomics data. The platform is free and open-source and aims to be easy to use, still enabling detailed inspection and adjustment of individual steps including all scripts potentially used.
