| Description | The lecture will focus on informal modes of moral education in light of the findings from moral psychology, cognitive/evolutionary narratology, and cultural evolution. I will dedicate special attention to the topic of so-called transmission biases. As a case study, I will show how all of the concepts mentioned in the first part of the lecture play out in the context of one particular type of narrative art - contemporary American rap music. |
