| Description | The present scientific publication discusses the issue of efficiency and modernisation of the education process. The main aim was to develop a modern multimedia textbook of artistic gymnastics and verify the effectiveness of its use in university students of physical education. The inclusion of multimedia materials in the system of the habitual teaching of artistic gymnastics increased the effectiveness of this teaching process. The results make it clear that technically challenging disciplines are precisely the field where multimedia materials bringing the student closer to the correct techniques of mastering gymnastic skills can be applied in the maximum possible way. However, it can also be suitable in areas where they enable a rapid and overall image of the physical operation. |
