Description	Publication titled Financial and Cost-Benefit Analysis is devoted to the problems both financial and cost-benefit analysis. This publication presents standard content in many respects by nonstandard way. By using the original results of scientific and research activities it corrected some traditional dogmas of the financial analysis, eventually corrected mistakes or inaccuracies so far tolerated (methodology of the bankruptcy models).
