Description Analysis of the course of a match serves as a feedback tool in many sports. The most common method in tennis is analysis of the game characteristics. The aim of this study was the analysis of the game characteristics of the best world junior tennis players (n=4) on WJTF 2017. The chosen game characteristics were analysed using the Dartfish 9.0 software and compared with game characteristics of men finalists of Roland Garros 2017. It was found that the decisive factors between winning a defeated players were number of breaks, number of unforced errors and number of winners. Comparing the game characteristics of junior and adult players was found that winner of RG 2017 won more points after own serve but less return points (than the WJTF 2017 winning players).
