Description The analysis can show the similarities and the differences in teachers and academics perception of transfer, utilization, knowledge and context. In addition, comparing of findings of teachers and academics can show, if academics research knowledge works in school practice, if it can cover teachers needs about teaching, learning etc. We can see possible barriers that can impede the transfer, then we can determinate the way of the useful transfer process that could have a potential for school improvement. In addition, the conceptual framework enables me to identify a typical model of knowledge transfer for the Czech Republic.
