Description Summary Basis: Therapeutic concepts based on application of positions from developmental kinesiology are used very often in present rehabilitation. These concepts are usually based on therapy in certain positions emerging from motor development within first year of life. Description of support in toddlers can be found in literature, but all descriptions are based only on clinical observation. Aim: To familiarize with the method that can be suitable in sufficient number of toddlers to objectify the support base with the use ofpressure sensor. Results and conclusion: Objectification of support base with the use ofpressure sensor seems to be a suitable method to find out the pressure distribution of toddler support. To standardize the pressure profile of three month toddlers it is necessary to measure large amounts of children. Objectification of support itself allows deeper understanding of postural associations in the development of a child. Further research in this area is necessary to find out the reliability of these measurements and their interpretation.
