| Description | This sub-chapter deals with the recodification of business law in the First Czechoslovak Republic. It was linked to the recodification of civil law and, therefore, it was also not successfully accomplished. The author describes the course of work on the recodification and characterizes the partial results that the recodification committee has reached and which were published in 1937 under the misleading title ‘The Outline of the Commercial Code‘. |
