| Description | Proper implementation of adequate technical and organisational measures for security of personal data processing should represent one of the primary obligation of the data controller or processor. The general wording of the provision, variety of situations and overall complexity of the issue do however present an complicate orientation and can be an obstacle to the achievement or demonstration of complience with the regulation. The contribution aims to analyze the core criteria, useful tools and suitable appoaches, and should thereby help with the navigation through this process. |
