Description Basis: Physical therapy (PT) should form one of the basic pillars of therapy strategy of functional disorders of motion apparatus; this article summarizes information about the commonly indicated procedures of PT in outpatient rehabilitation practice and some aspects of differential consideration and their indication. Group: Research group consisted of 67 patients from outpatient rehabilitation practice. Disorder of motion apparatus predominantly of functional aetiology, based on complex kinesiologic analysis, waas found in these patients. The group consisted of 41 women and 26 men, aged 35-64. Methods: Based on complex kinesiologic analysis and determination of a key area of functional disorder in motion apparatus, a method of PT was indicated. Representation of individual metrods of PT was following: 51 patents for combined therapy, 13 patients for mid-frequency therapy and 2 patients of ultrasound therapy. Results: These methods of PT were prescribed: 51 patents for combined therapy, 13 patients for mid-frequency therapy and 3 patients of ultrasound therapy. Conclusions: Combined therapy was the most commonly used method of PT in the outpatient rehabilitation practice, most frequently focused on treatment of reflex zones in m.trapezius superior (29 patients) and m.gluteus medius (13 patients).
