Description	Publication titled Financial Analysis and Management is devoted to the problems of the financial management of the firm, which is topic in the professional literature standardly represented. Also in the third edition Financial analysis and management presents standard content in many respects by nonstandard way. By using the original results of scientific and research activities it corrected some traditional dogmas of the financial management theory, eventually corrected mistakes or inaccuracies so far tolerated (claim paid or methodology of the bankruptcy models). The publication also puts more emphasis then usual to the importance of the financial analysis as a part of the financial management.
