Description | Spatially and temporally resolved measurements of atomic nitrogen concentrations in a monofilamentary coplanar surface dielectric barrier discharge are presented. With growing distance from the dielectric surface, the map of atomic N undergo a qualitative change. For the distance of 0.1 mm from the surface, the area with maximum concentration is situated just inside the discharge filament. In contrast to that, in the distance of 0.2 mm, the area rich in N atoms moves avay from the discharge filament. |
