Description The World Health Organisation defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being of the individual, not merely the absence of disease. By definition, it is clear, on human health involve a number of different factors. Lifestyle, represented by poor nutrition, physical inactivity, excessive consumption of alcohol along with smoking and various psycho-social stimuli are among the most risky factors that give rise to non-infectious diseases. The main objective of this paper is to point out smoking as an important way autoaggressive conduct leading to serious health problems and the possibility of ill-health affecting physiotherapy. The authors, based on their clinical experience with the use of analytical and synthetic approach and compiled literature review article that presents basic information about damage to human health by smoking and remedy some of the damage mainly respiratory physiotherapy. Smoking is harmful for all ages, regardless of gender. Has hazardous effects on human health, affecting various organs of the human body, cigarette smoke is carcinogenic. Quitting smoking makes sense in any season, at any age.
