Instrumentally-space conditions fully reflect recent trends necessary for the optimal provision of specialized multidisciplinary care for patients with cardiovascular disease in secondary and tertiary prevention. Specialized treatment is specifically provided to patients after acute coronary incidents after a complicated course of acute myocardial infarction, after cardiac revascularization procedures, after heart valve replacements method TAVI, with peripheral arterial disease of the lower limbs before and after surgical revascularisation after implantation PM and ICD.
