Description | Optical emission diagnostics of surface dielectric barrier discharge operating with argon as working gas was performed in order to obtain the plasma parameters in the filament channels of the discharge. Rotational bands and spectral line profiles were used for estimation of gas temperature, electron temperature and electron density. Spatially resolved time-integrated measurements were performed accompanied with monitoring of electrical waveforms and their analysis. |
