Description | The study examines dietary satisfaction in 60 soldiers of the 14th regiment of logistical support in Pardubice, Czech Republic. The subject of the study are the meals provided by the canteen of their military unit. Results were obtained through questionnaires. The survey revealed that respondents are quite satisfied with the size of the portions, however how well the meals are balanced is not satisfactory at all. The amount of meat and side dishes in the main course is mostly sufficient, while the proportion of fish, fish products and legumes is too low. The worst situation was found in the amount of fruit and vegetables that were available, where most respondents (91.7 %) were not satisfied. |
