| Description | Abuse of law is a lawful act with illegal / unwanted outcome with detriment of the somebody else,or society in general. At the same time, if one legal standard allows a certain behavior and the other one prohibits it, behavior according to accepted legal norm, is rather an infringement, than exercise of the right. When market abuse is conduct, than it looks like lawful act from the first point of view, but from a closer distance its a lawful act (for example dealing with the informations with illega result with detriment of the other entities of the financial market, so its unlawful act. |
