Description For the first time, stable isotope labeling of the glycopeptide was used for IgG N-glycosylation analysis. Succinic anhydride was found as a suitable label as it can be prepared in natural (light) and heavy (D413C4) form. A sample preparation protocol consisting of an in-solution tryptic digestion, a „one-pot“ labeling and a SPE was developed. Labeled glycopeptides were analyzed using MALDI MS and LC-ESI MS.
