Description E-learning teaching material Strength training with dumbbells describes basic characteristics of strength training with dumbbells. Text is divided into 12 chapters, 3 of which provide theoretical introduction including: historical milestones of training with dumbbells, types of dumbbells and basic information on training anatomy. Remaining chapters focus on realized exercise with dumbbells which are divided according to individual muscle groups. Each exercise is described, accompanied by video and a list of its most frequent faulty execution.
