Description Nowadays, when sedentary employment predominates, weight training would be not only compensation of sedentary life style, but essential precondition for keeping health and vitality too. Appropriate movement is prerequisite for harmonic process of growth and development and optimal function of organism generally too. Physical activity must be rationally put in daily regime and it must be targeted observed and analysed. Badly selected exercise and exercise performed with execution fall leads to formation of alternative mechanism, which just enables do this exercise, but they disturbed muscle coordination. There is very much kinds of fitness exercises on particular body parts. In this paper there are basic exercises only. Those exercises are often recommended for beginners and intermediate advanced gymnasts. Word description is for better illustrative nature refilled photos of good performed exercise.
