| Description | In the teaching material for the course Specialization III – artistic gymnastics we focus on biomechanical analysis of selected physical activities using SIMI motion, theory of sports training, in particular planning, documentation and evaluation of the training procedure. In the end, we focus on physical content of artistic gymnastics, specifics of motor learning, didactic principles and rules of this sports activity. |
