Description After the players wants to be complete athletes. After footballer wants to be able to run fast, jump, fall, get up and yet still shoot as many goals as possible. For that he needs to be, among other things, very well prepared, even after the power because the current football is also characterized by the large number of contacts and battles with an opponent and the stronger player gains the advantage and superiority in the game. In the first chapter, we outline the issue of power skills and theoretical bases of strength preparation footballers. In subsequent chapters will be devoted to the development of power abilities at different ages and performance levels and how we can apply that strength training in football. And, of course examples of individual exercises show you how to exercise properly and which faults and failings avoided. Add the recommendations and training practice, which is based on our experience and could facilitate and accelerate the process of improving the development of power abilities in your training process.
