Description | Despite intensive efforts and certain changes in posture cross-country skiing with most of the techniques of our runners did not develop significantly higher vertical force during reflection climb when compared with the plane. This result confirms the growing importance of the work arm in the production of the driving forces in the direction of movement of the slide climb, especially with techniques using soupažný tapping. The contact area of the foot runner at the moment of creation is not significantly different when running on level ground and uphill. Differences were significant for the average contact area throughout reflection between the plane and the pitch for running AC-stroke and a single-arm the same. In reflection at runtime alternating two-stroke or a single-arm the same COP is shifted more forward over the forefoot and the contact area is reduced. |
