Description The article deals with the evaluation of the dynamics of subjective experiences and states of football referees due to the completed match. We tested differences in the individual components of the current mental state before the game and after the game. We found that the effect of the game on the actual mental state football referee is statistically highly significant. Has shown a decrease anxiety component values, expectations and fears, and activity and energy after the match. The most significant increase values, however, was recorded in depresivity components. After the match the referee is dominated by negative emotions and feelings of physical and mental exhaustion. If a judge does not control control techniques leading to the elimination of these negative mental states, this can result in stagnation or decline in its performance levels.
