| Description | A part of our research project is focused on arrangement of a methodology for establishment of sustainable conditions for clothing components storage in terms of their handling and deposition. Environmental conditions in workshops, depositories, exhibition halls and open-air museum were inspected. Expectant methodology summarizes possible hazards and specifies highest amount of possible stress on textile artefacts to maximize lifetime of the artefact with respect to handling conditions (occupational health and safety). A special part is focused on control of microbial contamination of the environment, sampling methods and their evaluation. References to technical regulations are attached to offer additional procedures and support for work in terms of cultural heritage protection. |
