Description Properly performed exercises belong among the useful and highly recommended physical activity for almost all expectant mothers. Of course, there are some exceptions, especially in cases of difficult pregnancies. Special exercises for development the muscles of the pelvic floor are fundamental and it would not be good to forget them. The results of our studies and many years of gynecological experience had shown that appropriate exercise performed in suitable intensity improves the quality of pregnancy, childbirth is less complicated and return to antepartum condition is earlier.
