Description | The goal of this text is to try to persuade students that it is possible and desirable to try to connect the two worlds, seemingly absolutely different: the practical world of sport and movement with the abstract world of philosophy. Philosophy is aimed at the deeper essence of monitored phenomena, which is, however, impossible to capture in greater detail within the basic summary, i.e. the e-learning support of the course. Therefore, this learning material is approached as a structured, informative and inspiring one. The learning text contains an introduction to problems of philosophical themes in sport and it acquaints students, in relative detail, with the development of this discipline, with the environment and people connected with this discipline. The contents of the e-learning material are divided by the fields of problems addressed by topics at conferences organized by the most significant associations for the philosophy of sport and topic-based issues of scientific journals. To a certain extent, this structure reflects preferences of the author. In general, the e-learning concept is determined by the effort to keep the balance of topics and approaches to them. |
