Description The primary or permanent teeth eruption is accompanying by many complications. Generally, no treatment is necessary but parents may worry about their children health. The aim of this study is reporting two cases of eruption cyst. The eruption cyst was diagnosed in two children, 7-month-old infant and 2-year-old boy. In the first case, the patient was referred to the Department of Dentistry, Masaryk University, Faculty of Medicine and St. Anne’s University Teaching Hospital in Brno because of the presence of swelling on the upper alveolar ridge in the localisation of the first left primary incisor. The diagnosis was identified on the base of anamnesis and clinical examination. The therapy was incision and after that the eruption of tooth was physiological. In the second case was swelling presented on the lower alveolar ridge in the area of the second lower left primary molar. The therapy was again incision. In control evaluation we identified blue colour on the upper alveolar ridge in the area of the second upper right primary molar. The tooth erupted without another complication, no therapy was necessary.
