Description | The parameters of DCSBD generated in hydrogen rich atmosphere with admixtures of nitrogen were investigated by means of phase-resolved ICCD camera imaging and optical emission spectroscopy. It was found that the presence of H2 leads to more diffusive appearance of individual microdischarges and simultaneously strengthen the collective effects of microdischarges behaviour seen as the doubling of the cathode luminous phase-space transient waves indicating fundamental influence of active species left in the pathway of succeeding microdischarges. |
