Description The research is based on theoretical presumptions that social climate and relationships in class can influence students achievement motivation . We used sociometric questionnaire and projective method TAT in McClelland´s adaptation using Heckhausen´s content-analytical clue. The relation between social position in class and achievement motivation was proved only partly. Affection in class was not in relation with achievement motivation, neither in detailed point of view with both achievement motives. Influence in class was in slight negative relation with achievement motivation, especially with motive to achieve success. Analyze of relations between extreme students position and achievement motives showed next possibilities of research.
