Description | The school is a place where reflection and reflective learning cannot or, at least, should not be absent. Teachers employ reflection in their relation to students (as part of didactic procedures) as well as themselves (reflection on practice and self-reflection), particularly in complex situations for which there is not only one correct solution. The opening part of the publication is devoted to the role of reflection in the teacher-to-student relationship. The middle part of the publication is focused on the use of reflection in didactic approaches, and the third part follows the reflection in the context of preparation and professional development of teachers. |
