Description	The invention describes technical solution of apparatus for initiating and sustaining the run of low-temperature dielectrically insulated plasma jet, by special arrangement of capacitive coupled radio frequency electromagnetic field. The apparatus is suitable especially for material surface treatment by the flow of chemically active particles.
