Description	Method for magnitude and prognosis determination of chronic lymphocytic leukemia in biological samples of the pacients is based on the assesment of the expression of at least one protein belonging to the group of membrane receptors Vangl2, Celsr1 and Frizzled7, cytoplazmatic proteins Dvl2, Dvl3 and Prickle1, casein kinase 1 epsilon and casein kinase 2 alfa and secreted ligand Wnt5a orat least one of the genes encoding protein protein belonging to the group of membrane receptors Vangl2, Celsr1 and Frizzled7, cytoplazmatic proteins Dvl2, Dvl3 and Prickle1, casein kinase 1 epsilon and casein kinase 2 alfa and secreted ligand Wnt5a.
