Description	Our work was focused on effect of long-term application of haloperidol on electrogram of isolated heart and expression of sigma 1 and IP3 receptors in guinea pig. We showed that expression of sigma 1 receptors was increased in atria of the heart after long-term application of haloperidol. Withal, the spontaneous heart rate was decreased, the QT interval of electrogram was extended and incidence of supraventricular extrasystoles was increased.
