| Description | This article introduces the biomechanical analysis of forward somersault. The theoretical part deals with general gymnastics, biomechanics and forward somersault. The practical part analyzes the different phases of forward somersault and using software SIMI. It discusses the implementation of forward somersault in the administration of three gymnasts. There is a summary of measurement, tables and charts of the various phases of forward somersault. The result is the comparison of these three gymnasts. The work introduces us with the potential errors and axles for correct performance of forward. |
