Realisation: With the help of rope (towel) attract each leg towards the trunk.
Goal: Stretching of short and long knee flexor
Attention: Pelvis is pushing to the mat, stretched leg is straight, the head is lying on the mat. The maximum angle of the stretched leg from the ground is 90 degrees.
