Realisation: | With the help of gravity move the center of gravity slightly down and forward. This exercise can be done in the kneeling position. |

Realisation: | Grasping the instep of the right (left) leg, the heel is pulled toward buttocks. |

Attention: | By activation of abdominal and gluteal muscles will prevent overload of the lumbar spine. The knees are together. This exercise is not performed at femoropatelar disorders, or other painful knee disorders. |
