Realisation: Lying position, legs bent. Flexion of the trunk. chin and neck forms an acute angle. Flexion of the trunk is done very slowly until the time when lower angle of scapula moves away from the floor.
Goal: Strengthening the abdominal muscles (upper part)
Attention: Foot still pushing into the pad, back are stuck to the floor, belly is tucked up.

Realisation: Trunk flexion performed under the same conditions as in the previous exercise.
Goal: Strengthening the abdominal muscles (upper part)
Attention: Foot still pushing into the gymnastic ball, back are stuck to the floor, belly is tucked up. The upper body is relaxed, do not perform internal rotation in the shoulder joint. Chin and the neck forms an acute angle.
