Realisation: By flexion of the trunk attract knees as close to the chest.
Goal: Strengthening the abdominal muscles (lower part)
Attention: The heels are close to the buttocks, elbows, pushing into the pad. Chin and neck makes an acute angle.

Realisation: By activating the gluteal and abdominal muscles elevating the pelvis a few centimeters from the ground. This exercise can be performed with hands in different positions.
Goal: Strengthening the abdominal muscles (lower part)
Attention: Legs must not be tilted forward or backward. They must be maintained right angle between legs and trunk. Movement must be performed very slowly.
