Realisation: | By flexion of the trunk attract knees as close to the chest. |

Attention: | The heels are close to the buttocks, elbows, pushing into the pad. Chin and neck makes an acute angle. |
Realisation: | By activating the gluteal and abdominal muscles elevating the pelvis a few centimeters from the ground. This exercise can be performed with hands in different positions. |

Attention: | Legs must not be tilted forward or backward. They must be maintained right angle between legs and trunk. Movement must be performed very slowly. |
